Sesame Biscuits


 Sesame Biscuits



Ingredients

130g light rye flour
85g plain white flour
140g butter
1/2 tspn salt 
1/2 tspn bicarb 
200g light brown sugar
1egg
50g sesame seeds (plus 50g for rolling)

Set oven to 180c 
Cream butter and sugar until paler and creamy, add egg and beat until incorporated ,add remaining ingredients and mix. Roll into walnut sized balls and roll in remaining sesame seeds Place on baking trays allowing for spreading and cook for 10-12mins until starting to brown . Remove and cool on wire wrack .Enjoy.
